Secondly, usually the Metiers d’art is a an cultural collaboration between Paris and another country. But Virginie took a big change and we love it. She named the theme ‘Paris 31 Rue Cambon’ for the famous street where Gabriel Chanel first set-up a shop in 1910. Viard took inspiration of Gabrielle Chanel’s legendary apartment, which until today, it has been preserved. Therefore, this collection is about art mix with Coco Chanel’s ideas. It’s a special line, filled with amazing limited edition handbags.
